Admission is offered to the classes 8th,9th, and 10th as per the rules of Govt of Karnataka. Admission is given to every student who applies for it.
Academic year begins on June 1st.
Co-curricular activities are an integral part of the curriculum. Music, dance, drama, arts, and other creative activities are encouraged. Indoor and outdoor sporting facilities are there. Our students take part in taluk, district, and state level sports competitions.
Science exhibitions are conducted every year and our students also take part in competitions organised as a part of Suttur Jatra Mahotsav.

About Us
Nanjangud is a pilgrim centre bordering the heritage city Mysuru. It is popularly known as Dakshin Kashi. The town is also well known for other things like B.V. Pandit’s Tooth Powder and Nanjangudu Rasabale (a specially variety Banana). Nanjangud has Srikanteshwara temple, Chamundeshwari, Parashurama & Ayyappa temples, which attracts lot of pilgrims. There are three Veerashiva Mutts i.e., Suttur, Devanuru & Mallanamule. All these matt’s are known for Charity & Dasoha.
In this holy place, JSS Mahavidyapeetha established a high school for girls in 2012, with a view to empower women in rural and semi-urban areas. We promote the healthy growth of the students by forming a creative atmosphere and instilling in them values, skills, and good thoughts.
The school possess excellent infrastructure required for academic and cultural development. We have spacious and immaculately maintained classrooms, Well-equipped science laboratory, computer laboratory, a library, necessary sporting materials and other basic facilities.
