JSS Mahavidyapeetha Supports Chamarajendra Zoological Garden with Annual Contribution

Mysuru, August 27, 2021: In observance of the Paramapujya Jagadguru Dr. Sri Shivarathri Rajendra Mahaswamiji Jayanthi Mahotsav, the JSS Mahavidyapeetha continues its tradition of supporting the Chamarajendra Zoological Garden in Mysuru by making an annual contribution of Rs. 1 lakh for the maintenance of animals and birds in the zoo.

On August 27, 2021, Sri S. Shivakumaraswamy, Secretary of JSS MVP, presented a cheque for Rs. 1 lakh to Sri C.R. Rajegowda, Manager of Chamarajendra Zoo, Mysuru. The contribution aims to ensure the well-being and care of the diverse wildlife housed in the zoo.

The donation ceremony was attended by Prof. Morabada Mallikarjuna and Sri B. Niranjanamurthy, who joined in recognizing the importance of preserving and protecting the natural heritage represented by the zoo’s inhabitants.

The JSS Mahavidyapeetha’s annual contribution to the Chamarajendra Zoological Garden reflects its commitment to environmental conservation and promoting the welfare of animals and birds.
