Computer Lab: The computer lab is well-equipped with internet facilities.
Play Ground: The school has a vast playground spread across 4.2 acres area including building.
Sports Materials: There is a good stock of sports equipment for games like volleyball, cricket, throwball, carrom, football, handball, dumbbells, lezim, etc.
Laboratory: The school has a well-equipped laboratory to provide practical training to the students in science and mathematics.

About Us
Sri Venkatachalapathi Setty (Annaiah) of Malur established an orphanage in Malur in 1956. Under the aegis of this orphanage, he started a high school in 1984. The school was named Gayathri High School in memory of the visit by the Queen of Mysore, Gayathri Devi, the elder daughter of Sri Jayachamarajendra Wodeyar. The school came under government grant-in-aid in 1989.
Sri Setty later came to know about JSS Mahavidyapeetha and met His Holiness Dr. Shivarathri Rajendra Mahaswamiji, entrusting the responsibility of running the institution to JSS Mahavidyapeetha. The school now operates under the name JSS Gayathri High School. It offers classes from 8th to 10th standard in both Kannada and English medium and currently has an enrollment of over 400 students.
