Mysuru, May 9, 2023: Dr. K.S. Sundar, a representative of Infosys Limited, spoke about the benefits of design thinking during a three-day camp organized for JSS College technical students at the Sri Suttur Kshetra from May 6 to 8. Dr. Sundar highlighted that design thinking taps into capabilities and enables individuals to identify problems in their respective work areas, emphasizing the importance of empathy and feasibility in the process. “Our wisdom should be full of skills, which helps us in hunting solutions for our problems by using our wisdom,” he said.

In another talk, psychological counselor Dr. Sujatha Bhaskar shared her views on stress management and yoga, emphasizing that stress is not an inherent part of life, but rather a result of poor management. She encouraged the participants to practice yoga, develop positive attitudes, and maintain good time management to control stress. “Relaxing a little also helps in controlling stress,” she added.

The camp, held in the presence of His Holiness Jagadguru Sri Shivarathi Deshikendra Mahaswamiji, involves group prayer, yoga-meditation, and Sri Suttur Kshetra darshan in the morning. In the evenings, participants engage in traditional games and cultural programs. About 65 individuals are participating in the camp.
