Prof. B. V. Sambashivaiah inaugurated a three-day Skill Development and Mock Interview Programme on Career Readiness and Employability Enhancement, organised by JSS College of Arts, Commerce and Science, Ooty Road, Mysuru, initiated by IQAC in collaboration with Naandi Foundation, Hyderabad, under the Titan LeAP Project.
Prof. Sambashivaiah said that technological advancement, Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation are reshaping jobs and skill requirements. Students have to develop analytical thinking, creativity, resilience, adaptability, leadership, digital literacy and technological competence, while effectively combining technology with human intelligence, communication, creativity and ethics.
He stressed the importance
