Mysuru, August 20, 2026: The boys’ kabaddi team of JSS Pre-University College, Ooty Road, Mysuru, secured second place in the recently held taluk-level pre-university college boys’ kabaddi tournament.
The tournament was organized at Vishwakavi Kuvempu First Grade College, Jayalakshmipuram, and witnessed the participation of 24 teams from various pre-university colleges.
The JSS PU College team put up an impressive performance throughout the tournament and emerged as runners-up, bringing laurels to the institution.
The players were congratulated for their achievement by Prof. B.V. Sambasivayya, Chief Executive of JSS College Complex; H.P. Mahadevaswamy, Principal of JSS Pre-University College; and T. Aravind, Physical Education Teacher.
