Mysuru, March 03, 2023: “Sources of knowledge transforms according to context and need. Such transformation is a symbol of development,” observed M.K. Ravishankar, Deputy Manager (Retd.), BEML, Mysuru.
He inaugurated a one-day workshop held at the JSS College of Arts, Commerce and Science, Ooty Road, Mysuru, held on March 2, 2023. In his address, he said, “the role of managing expenses plays a vital role in financial management. Aspects like inflow and outflow of money, investment and depreciation play a vital role in any financial decisions in a company. He gave several examples.
Presiding over the program, Prof. B.V. Sambashivaiah, Chief Executive of the College, said the economy, development and its background depends upon the budget. Income tax, goods and service tax are part of development. It is helpful for the increase in GDP of our country. Today’s annual budget will be helpful for further economical development.”
PG Commerce student Kum. Arpita welcomed the guests and the gathering. Student Kum. J.R. Srinidhi gave a vote of thanks and Kum. R. Bhoomika rendered an invocation. Kum. T.S. Aishwarya mastered the program. Principal Prof. M.P. Vijayendra Kumar, PG Commerce Department Head Dr. Divya L. was present.
Prof. Paramashivaiah of Tumakuru University and Chartered Account Sri Keshav Dongre, Sri Vageesh Hegde delivered separate lectures. Teachers, research students and other students of the college were present.
