JSS Higher Primary School admits children who have completed 3 years and 10 months of age into its pre-primary class. The school offers admission from LKG (Lower Kindergarten) to 7th standard. The academic year typically starts in the first week of June.
Activities
JSS Higher Primary School recognizes the importance of cultural and sports activities in the overall development of children. As such, the school has integrated these activities into its curriculum. JSS Higher Primary School, Kamagere
JSS Higher Primary School is located in Kamagere village, Kollegala taluk, within the “Folk Land” of Lord Malai Mahadeshwara. The school was established in 1984 with the blessings of HH Jagadguru Dr Sri Shivaratri Rajendra Mahaswamiji, and the land for the school was generously provided by Sri Huchappa, the father of the late minister H. Nagappa. Over the years, the school has expanded to include a crèche, pre-primary, primary, and high school. Responding to the request of Late Minister Sri Nagappa, the school now provides education free of cost. With a team of qualified and dedicated faculty, JSS Higher Primary School offers excellent education and possesses all the necessary facilities to support the academic and creative development of its students.
