Secured outstanding Assistant Commissioner of the Belgaum District.
Development of planned layouts with all infrastructures.
Obtained the approval of deemed university status for Nimhans from Ministry of HRD.
Construction of state of art tennis stadium and conducted ATP tournament in Tumkur.
Started 200 libraries in Govt. primary schools and provided scholarship to meritorious students of Sc/St community from Infosys Foundation grants.
Constructed 40 new tanks converging various programs funds with draught relief funds.
Provided 15% residential land area for economically weaker sections at 50% subsidized rate in Karnataka Housing Board.
Obtained environmental clearance for Industrial layouts from ministry of Environments and Forests for the first time in KIADB.
Obtained the approval from Govt. for establishing National Academy for the skill development of construction workers.
