JSS Dental Hospital is one of the largest hospitals in the region that began in 1986. The hospital has state of the art infrastructure, with more than 350 dental chairs that cater to the oral health of the patients. The hospital is equipped with latest facilities and offers innovative treatment options at an affordable cost. It also has an Emergency Treatment Facility that works round the clock.
The hospital has facilities in multi disciplines of dentistry under “one roof” which is a unique feature available nowhere else. Tobacco cessation clinic, Diabetic care, pain clinic are some of the clinic facilities available for the patients. ‘Smile clinic’ handles cleft Lip and Palate patients and it is completely free of cost. The specialty of Oral Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Orthodontia, Paedodontia, Prosthodontia and Speech and Hearing form a team to counsel and treat the patients every Friday with minimal charges. The hospital extends its services to inmates of prison and old age homes. Special care is extended to the differently abled children from different centers.
The hospital serves as a teaching hospital for the students of JSS Dental College.
