Admissions are normally made to classes 8^th, 9^th and 10^th based on the performance of the students in writing and oral test. The fee is collected as per government norms. Every year the admission begins in the last week of May and the academic year starts in the first week of June.

Extra-curricular activities are an integral part of the curriculum here. A creative atmosphere is created in the school and students are encouraged to take part in dance, music, drama, sports, and other creative activities. They get opportunities to showcase their talent throughout the year at inter-school competitions, Pratibha Karanji competitions (by education dept.), during national fests celebrations and in competitions held as a part of Sutter Jatra Mahotsav. 

Students are mainly trained in sports like cricket, throwball, and volleyball. Every year, science and art exhibition is also conducted at our school.
