About Us
JSS High School, Nachanahallipalya, was started in the year 1983 with the blessings of His Holiness Jagadguru Dr Sri Shivarathri Rajendra Swamiji. The school is 8 km away from the heart of Mysuru city.
In the first academic year, the school had only 20 students. Today, because of the committed efforts of teachers, management and with the cooperation of the residents, the school has earned a reputation in this region. Now more than 160 students’ study in this school. The school has well-experienced teachers, and their dedication is yielding rich dividends in the form of good results. For the last few years, the school is registering 100% pass results in SSLC.
The school building is located on a sprawling campus of 3.5 acres, which includes an excellent infrastructure and a garden maintained by the students. The school infrastructure includes ventilated classrooms, a spacious playground, a well-equipped science lab, a computer lab, a library, a seminar hall, sporting materials and other basic amenities. Every year, during Dasara, the garden is specially decorated by the students.
