Cultural and sports activities are conducted throughout the year. The last hour of every Friday is dedicated to cultural activities. We celebrate national fests and other important fests and students participate with great enthusiasm.
Our students participate in several sports and other cultural activities. They take part in Pratibha Karanji, taluk, and district-level sports meet, in competitions organized as a part of Suttur Jathra Mahotsav etc., We also conduct Science and Arts exhibition every year at our school.

Hallikere Hundi is located at about 35 km away from Chamarajanagar. In 1992, a high school was established by JSSMVP at Hallikere Hundi to provide quality education to the children of this region. In the beginning, the school had 3 classrooms with a strength of only 30 students. Today, the school has a beautiful and spacious building, located on a campus of around 1.5 acres and has more than 120 students.
Our school aims at providing quality education to rural children and thereby empowering the rural mass. We strive for the holistic development of the children by instilling in them discipline, social and ethical values.
Our school has an excellent infrastructure that includes spacious classrooms, a well-equipped laboratory, a well-stocked library, a computer lab, necessary sporting materials and other basic facilities. Lecture by resource persons is conducted at regular intervals of time. Special classes for academically weak children are conducted. The school has been registering around 90% pass results in SSLC for the past few years.
