Born in 1961, to illustrious parents, was educated in various schools in India, and completed school final in ICSE from St. Joseph’s Boys High School, Bengaluru. Graduated with distinction from Bangalore University as an Electronics Engineer in 1983. The entrepreneurial spirit attracted me to a career of job-creator and self-employment. Ventured onto many projects immediately afterwards.
Managing an ITES operation to support the Healthcare Sector of the US Hospitals. Started with four employees, and rose to over 450 strong workforce in a short span. Decipher provides service in the fields of Medical Transcription, Medical Coding, and Medical Billing Solutions. Maintained offices in Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Panjim (Goa), Mysuru, Belgaum, Colombo (Sri Lanka) and Georgetown (Guyana). Service major clients in the US. Personally invited by the President of Guyana, Mr. Bharat Jagdeo, to assist in training 100 Guyanese in the field of Medical Transcription.
President and CEO- Decipher Health Records LLP – 2015 – Present
Developed a unique solution for US doctors on a Real-time basis, and offer Medical Scribe services using the innovative Google Glass. Our project is the third of its kind in the World. Also handling RCM projects for US Hospitals. Decipher has branches in Bengaluru, Mysuru and Coimbatore.

Provided Medical Transcription Services to clients in the US servicing US Doctors. Offices in Bengaluru and Goa.

Was Director on the Board of the Company. Conducted training for candidates in Medical Transcription. Employed the services of US Specialists and trained over 1200 candidates in Bengaluru, New Delhi, Mangalore. Conducted training in Trinidad & Tobago in the Caribbean Islands.
Owner- Premier Automotive Corporation – 1984-2004
Started a Small Scale Industry to manufacture automobile filters for the replacement market. Developed the business to cater to State Road Transport Corporations. Won tenders with ASRTU New Delhi, the governing body for all State RTCs. Major supplier to Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation and Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, while being a supplier to most other Corporations. Also, developed filters for the export market and successfully exported oil filters to the Middle East.
Partner- Airlines Drive-In Supermarket – 1989-1991
Started a Super Market and revolutionized the process by computerizing the entire process, including procurement, billing and stock maintenance. Was the first supermarket in Bangalore to use computers. Developed our own software for the purpose.
Successfully completed with Distinction, the Bachelor of Engineering Program from Bangalore University, specializing in Electronics Engineering.

Participated in the KSCA League Cricket for two teams- the Karnataka Police Team and the Shanthinagar Cricket Club. Was captain of the latter for four consecutive years from 1983-87, wherein we advanced each of the four years in the Senior League Divisions.
Member of the Karnataka Police Club in tennis, and have represented the Club in matches both in India and abroad.
