About Us
This Shishupalana Kendra was established in the year 1987. Twenty-six children were admitted to the school in the very first year. Over the years, the center has evolved into being one of the best crèches in the region.
All children between the age group of 2 ½ and 4 years are admitted to the nursery programme.
Admission: Applications are issued after 10th April.
The crèche is housed in a good building, which has spacious, well-lit and well-ventilated rooms. The children’s play area has play materials such as seesaw, slide, swing, Jungle Jin, Merry Go Round etc. All basic facilities are provided.
Children are made to learn through creative activities such as clay modeling, block building, stories, songs and group activities using a variety of materials.
All national festivals are celebrated throughout the year. Children are encouraged to participate in all cultural activities.
The crèche has one supervisor and 2 ayas to look after the children.
