Graduated in 1974, has 40 + years past experience in various fields of construction line from Residential to Commercial Buildings and factory buildings including 6 years Abroad Experience. (5 years in Iraq from 1982 to 1987 and 1 year in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from 1992 to 1993).

- H.A.L, Avionics Division Korwa Amethi Su-30 Factory Building with clean Room at 10,000 & 1,00,000 area, Kalyan Mandap, School Building
- Information Technology Park, Whitefield, Bangalore. Project cost Rs. 85 Crores
- Corporate Office for Wipro, Sarjapur at Bangalore . Project cost Rs.70 Crores
- MAHE” International Hostel and “Royal Embassy” Projects Manipal Karnataka, consisting of (G + 35) floors by Mivon shuttering system Project cost Rs 110Crores.
- Body press shop factory building for General Motors Car factory at Halol, Gujarat.
Recipient of Prestigious Award for the Quality and in time completion of t he following two projects.
- Shivajinagar Bus Stand project at Bangalore, with 2 levels parking on the bus stand awarded by then Chief Minister, Sri S.M.Krishna in the year 2000.
- Convention Hall Project at Bangalore, to cater for the different capacities from 150, 250 and 1000 delegates for Nimhans Project, by then Health Minister Shri Malaka Raddy in the year 2002
