Chennabasappa

Born in 10.4.1932. He lost his parents at the young age and he was brought up by Sri Suttur Math, Suttur. He has done his AMS in Govt. Ayurvedic College at Mysore in 1952.

Served as Principal of Govt. Ayurveda Medical College from 1974 to 1978.
He was Director of Department of Indian system of Medicine and Homeopathy, Govt. of Karnataka for 10 years from 1981 – 1990.
He is responsible to propose to start the JSS Ayurvedic Hospital at Mysore in 1992. He was the Principal of JSS Ayurvedic College from 1996 to 97.
Now serving as Managing Committee member from last 5 years.
